ADDING SESSIONS

  • To add Camp Sessions or AM & PM Camp, use the Parent Portal. There is no charge to add.

TRADING SESSIONS

  • To trade sessions (canceling and adding the same number of sessions), you must FIRST register for the session(s) you would like to add using the Parent Portal and then submit a Notice of Change Form for the session(s) you would like to cancel.
  • If you are trading sessions, please indicate the session(s) you have added to substitute for the session(s) you are canceling. 
  • There is no charge to trade sessions. 

CANCELLING SESSIONS

  • To cancel Camp Sessions and receive a full refund (less the $25/per session deposit), the Notice of Change Form must be received no later than Monday, May 1. There are no refunds for cancellations after Monday, May 1.
  • To cancel AM & PM Camp, and receive a full refund, the Notice of Change Form must be received no later than the Friday prior to the camp session.
  • Absences cannot be made up. There are no credits or refunds for missed days.
