ADDING SESSIONS
To add Camp Sessions or AM & PM Camp, use the Parent Portal. There is no charge to add.
TRADING SESSIONS
To trade sessions (canceling and adding the same number of sessions), you must
FIRST
register for the session(s) you would like to add using the Parent Portal and then submit a Notice of Change Form for the session(s) you would like to cancel.
If you are
trading
sessions, please indicate the session(s) you have added to substitute for the session(s) you are canceling.
There is no charge to trade sessions.
CANCELLING SESSIONS
To cancel Camp Sessions and receive a full refund (less the $25/per session deposit), the Notice of Change Form must be received no later than
Monday, May 1
. There are no refunds for cancellations after
Monday, May 1
.
To cancel
AM & PM Camp, and receive a full refund, the Notice of Change Form must be received no later than the Friday prior to the camp session
.
Absences cannot be made up. There are no credits or refunds for missed days.
